IS PRINCE SCANDALOUS OR INSATIABLE ?

“Insatiable” released in 1991 on the “Diamonds and Pearls” album sounds just like 1989’s “Scandalous” from the Batman soundtrack.
They sound so similar some fans get the two tracks confused. Which do you prefer?
As of February 14, 2018, “Scandalous” has the most views on the official Prince YouTube channel. “Insatiable” has 304,951 views while “Scandalous” has 837,633 views. However, those numbers may be misleading because “Scandalous” was published on August 25, 2017.
“Insatiable” was published on September 15, 2017.

“Insatiable” has the line “We’ll ERASE the naughty bits.”
Ok, is that the line to close the deal and get someone to make a freaky video?
Because who has time to erase anything?
Come to think of it, who knows what surprises are lurking in the vault!

The “Insatiable” video was directed by famed photographer Randee St. Nicholas who also puts herself in the video LIKE A BOSS.
Nicholas also shot the video for “Gett Off.”
She is also responsible for many of his most popular photos. Prince published a book with her in 2008 called “21 Nights.” Her work is outstanding.
